Returns Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival.

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards and promotional items.

  • Fragrances that have been opened, sprayed, or partially used.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at returns@rizvihouse.com.au with your order details and photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as soon as possible.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at returns@rizvihouse.com.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
